Lots of people typed in 'Bush failure' eventualy it became what resulted in when you type failure.. maybe bushs failures from that goverment site could be highlighted.. i guess this would be not so funny ...
I've actually heard that the technical staff at google did this as a joke, and set Bush's autobiography there on purpose, just like if you type Weapons of Mass Destruction and press Im feeling lucky, It goes to a 404 error page, but all of the lines are jokes about not being able to find WMD (edit: Oh well, it used to atleast not anymore...)
that's how you would do it with yahoo, not with google google you produce a link where the text of the link is failure, (actually like 200 of them) and you make this link go to that spot, the bots see that and poof, bush is googlebombed it's not googles staff, it's not people typing it in, it's people with websites making links that appear as the word failure and link to it failure just like that...... sarcastic prat
