odd street names

  1. what are some odd street names where you live? locally we have shit like kietzke, oddie, galetti, praeter


    now I have always seen these streets and until today I hadn't thought about it, but seriously, what are some streets in your home town that people might come and see and think are weird?

    Adams Dam Road is a pretty famous one around here. Dorkus lane is another classic...

    padgett,gerhardt,trotter,searcy,locklear,brink and not to mention that my neighborhood was supposed to be the location for a race track back in the 50s.

    I remember this road... Ignatius Lane or something like that. It was on Hatteras Island, in NC. I've yet to see an Ignatius Lane beforehand or since then.

    God damn men, who hasn't seen High St.? We got High St. and Harry Byrd highway. Harry Byrd.. hrmm.. a hairy bird?

    Shades of Death Road

    ...and (especially for Katie) Clinton Road. :D

    Both are supposedly haunted. I don't quite believe that they are, but they've been covered by Weird New Jersey countless times.

    ahahha, one time me and some friends were going to the lake and we saw this sign that said Ed Moore Rd. or something :D hahaha. Ed Moore. :D
