pregnancy is great!!

ok, this is just my strange little rave...so bear with me.

ive had a pretty hard time being pregnant so far, ive got hyperemisis (hospital stays involved) im hypermobile so all my joints snap and crack and hurt like hell cos they're all loose from progesterone, ive got sore gums all the time that drive me mad and posible SPD, as well as all the usual niggles, lol, im doing it properly. so why may you ask is pregnancy so great, lol, well here goes...

I LOVE feeling my baby move, its the most mind blowing feeling you can imagine, it just makes my heart dance, sends shivers all over me and makes me grin, i love my new round belly and the way my hips are so much curvier, i love the way my breasts are so full and heavy and sensitive, i love the way my fiance rubs his hands over the bump when its restless and kicking me hard in the bladder (oWWW)and calms it down, i love it when it gets hiccups and my belly jumps up and down, i love just how damn sexy (and horny, lol) i now feel all the time and i love hearing its heartbeat with my mums stethoscope too.

so to all out there who are having a hard time, dont despair, the rewards are just around the corner!!!

I LOVED being with child, it was totally awesome! Best thing ever to happen in my life! My eager lil babes was 5 weeks early (Which in a way was a result, because i prayed for an Aquarius child, rather than a pisces and i got one!) But, i was totally robbed of milking the last month of my pregnancy, where i would have got untold attention! lol. Saying that, i had my beautiful girl 5 weeks quicker which i am grateful for as she's the love of my life! We were home 24 hours after i had her, so she was lucky, thank God, to have no problems. She weighed in at 5lb 2 and the DR if i had kept her in for the 5 weeks, she would have weighed in at around 10lbs!!!!!! lolol. I hope everything goes well for you.
P.S, i told the DR's i didn't want to know the sex of the child i was having. I did pray for a girl (Just so we could wear cute lil matching hippy outfits!) so it's such a awesome surprise when the child comes. Oh bty...did i tell you my labour was ONLY 61 mins...can anyone one beat that for a first time mum???! *Looks well smug* lol.

 

wow... this sounds really wonderful ! right now my head is telling me "you are not planning to have babies" but my heart says "~look what you are going to miss!~"

however my plans turn out... i'm happy for you and your fiance !

hehe we found out today at our scan that everythings fine and were having a boy!

Actually, I just want to be pregnant again. I loved it. I don't really need another baby. I wish they had a pregnancy simulator.... I want to feel a kick...

Sounds lovely. I'm looking forward to having children- not now! LOL, but I do want to have kids. I'm also thinking of becoming an obstetrician.

 

if you do become an obstetrician.......read spiritual midwifery by ina may gaskin.......and dont fall into the trap of medicalising normal births....ob-gyn's are life savers when theres an emergency but they can make things harder...ive seen it happen, but im sure you'll be great
