baking pot brownies, does it make the houe smell?

so my friend think that pot brownines will make the house smell really strong of weed. were thinking of using like and ounce, but how bad will this smell?

The house will reek,if made properly.I have made hundreds of batches and all smelled up the place.The simmering of butter with cannabis for 2+ hours its enevitable.
