I have alot of trouble falling asleep. Smoking up tends to help but then I end up wanting to smoke another, and then I dont want to sleep and waste the high so I end up staying awake til 4 am (like right now) thinking damn maybe i should smoke another but then telling myself i can't. so i end up sitting there for a while just contemplating and wasting time and damn it i hate being indecisive. so can you see how acting and crazy my brain gets at night? i hate this shit! when i have to wake up early, i often force myeslf to sleep, which isok. but i dont have much to do these days... get a job? yes i'm looking. haha. but i'm off from school right now so that's why i'm free.
ok....for gods sakes girl stop smoking...take like 2 or 3 pills of vicodin RIGHT NOW! and get ur ass to bed!...u kno u wanna hop into that...nice...soft...bed,,,and just...rest ur eyes...u kno u wanna...............
you gotta waste that little high in order to prevent yourself smoking 2 times as much and not getting any sleep anyway lying in bed in teh dark is awesome when stoned, imo
get a buzz going, then go lay down, close your eyes, and relax and focus on the visuals inside your eyelids. After while, it always puts me to sleep.
i know what you mean yazzer, I finished school a couple of weeks ago and im just looking for a job...I dont have any problems sleeping tho...try some warm chamomile tea before bed?
When I want to be sure to get a decent sleep and smoke bud, I smoke a bowl or two, no more, then I get a little bit of food and drink, prop myself up comfortably in bed, and put on a movie. Not too loud or anything, then I eat and drink what I have, and close my eyes. The next thing I know, it's the next morning, and I feel great.
