Live in the woods

I want to live one year in the woods, but there is just one problem, all my friends think Im crazy. (but they are not hippies).

So Im looking for someone who wants to live in the Norwegian woods with me...

Is my english bad?

it's definately more fun living in the woods with sumone else. let your friends think you're crazy most of mine think i'm crazy! if i wasn't in school i'd love to join you. good luckin finding a partner. you'll have a great time!

 

nothin wrong with that except its norwegian woods.....all year.....itll get cold

 

It`s not so cold in Norway in the winter, I don`t know why there are so many who think it`s so cold here. There are many pepole also who think there are polarbears in Norway, well thats not true...
But I would rater live in the woods in Calefornia...

 

if i could get to norway man, i would so do that, iam camping out year round, just when i pass thrugh a city i hop online alot, but aim always still out side

 

I have a similar issue with my chums thinking I'm crazy, although quite a few who thought it was a fascinating subject and would be all up for it if they didn't have a family/commitments/etc. The ones which didn't "get it" had a lot of misguided ideas about what I'm trying to achieve though.

 

Um, I live in the woods. But I have a cabin. Still feels like camping though. Our heat is a wood burning stove, we bring our water in, and have an outhouse to go the bathroom. The only thing that's more civilized is that we have phones and electricity. People still think I'm crazy though.

Don't matter what people think. Do what your soul tells you to.

 

why dont you come over to britain for a while, try out talley valley for a while, no doubt u'll find some interested people in the valley and u'll also learn how to live outside.

 

Exactly right. If I had worried about what people think I wouldn't be doing most of the things I do now. Yes, I do worry some, but I must never allow it to over ride doing what I do.

 

I'm with stoney if I could get to norway I would rock out with you for sure. But it's a wee bit far and I have work, work and more work to worry about.

why one year? or is it that you want to see how much you like it, and then maybe longer? im asking so much questions because i like your plan, i have been to norway and i definatly liked it over there. so im interested! but i want to know why so short...
and do you wan to live in a tent, or in a house ??

 

start planning..... dont put the plan on hold due to planning but do a bit of research.... i mean do u wanna be nomadic moving with tents, or do u want to pitch in together, and buy an acre of land near forestry and build cob houses

if u wanna do this research is the key....otherwise it will all fall apart after being in the rain for a week and feeling cold and missing your bed,

okay... i was reading the discussion about being in a tent or a cob house near or in a wood, etc. however... you could... live in a tree house!
