Been recently listening to them..... I only have "Crooked Rain, Crooked Rain"....it is very good... Pavement is amazing......agree? strongly disagree? anything about Pavement?
I love Pavement more than I love sleep, and that's saying summat. Fuck Stephen Malkmus! He's nowhere NEAR as good as Pavement, even though fronted them. Crooked Rain, Wowee Zowee, Terror Twilight, Slanted and Enchanted and kinda Brighten the Corners are just the best albums ever. I love them. "Darlin', don't you go and cut your hair, do you think it's gonna make him change?"
pavement kicks ass...plus they like portland so that makes them even cooler. i want a range life...if i could settle down. other favorites include summer babe (winter version), zurich is stained, shady lane, hell anything and everything. they've been rereleasing the old albums with a lot of b-sides and what not...haven't bought any of them yet...anyone have them? any good?
i got the rereleased slanted and enchanted. some of the b-sides are really good...plus there is a live show in there. I havent listened to the whole thing to much though...but if your thirst for more pavement, then i would recommend it.
