Since this is about hip hop and rap; My fav rap song about weed is Osdorp Posse - Nederwiet (Netherweed), it's in dutch though.

Pack the Pipe by the Pharcyde, that's excellent haha. And my friend burnt me a mix CD with a song by Dr. Octagon called Blue Flowers, I don't know much about Dr. Octagon, but the song is excellent. It's not about weed, but it's trippy.
