Why do people wanna assume shit about you

AHAHAHA! that's so true. but anymore the boyfriends and husbands are the ones getting mad at me...think i'm gonna steal their woman. it's kinda funny. dave gets a huge kick out of it.

 

People assume crap about me all the time.. they think either I am coldhearted (or I dont have a heart at all) people also assume that I dont know how to care, and so on..I try not to let it bother me cause if they want to assume that and think that about me without knowing me then thats on them and their own fault for assuming that crap anyways...

i think it fills a void within them...
course that void is different from person to person but it can be to compensate or things they fear about self or ones they say.

i think we were put on this planet to observe. Sometimes i find myself judging the "normal" people too much because i dont understand how they can be so "normal" and it just seems so insane to me, because really i could believ anything at this point. the possibilities are endless...

i think everyone judges, it's pretty natural. But being outright mean to someone who does not deserve it is pretty wrong-town.

Look, when we like someone we are still judging them..it's a way of deciphering what we like and what we dont...

 

but there is a difference between "judging" and "having ideas that you know might be totally wrong...

I think it's like, some people "judge" and never admit even if/when they turned out to be wrong...while some people just reach conclusions too quick and are actually able to admit that if/when they do so.

Both can be frustrating, but at least the latter group of people are willing to correct themselves. I just think some people assume or judge because they've been royally conditioned by society.

 

well the difference is that when you judge you think you're right, when you have ideas, you wonder based on a few facts.. but you know you might be wrong

I don't "know" you, but I have a feeling that you are a really cool, intellegent person who can talk about music with some degree of authority. And there is probably a lot of eclectic suprises in there to be found. I hope i'm not wrong. I got a real nice vibe about you.

 

people like to judge & make assumptions because they are ignorant. i cant stand people who try to talk big game about shit they know nothing about. I wish people could be more accepting and less ignorant.

We're taught from a young age to judge and label people. I think that it's natural to have assumptions about things you know nothing about, even people. It's only a problem when you regard those assumptions as truth.
