yes... few times. it's very difficult situation, i understand you completely, but the best thing you can do is to talk to him and tell him the truth as soon as possible. if you like him as a friend, then he definitely deserves the truth. however, the things won't be the same probably, but eventually it will pass...
you've never heard that before? :H and yeah, things are gonna get weird no matter what cuz usually guys can stand rejection so things always end up weird. its a hard situation n i have been there before, things will be weird for a bit but once he finds someone else he fancies or he gets over ya, things will go back to normal. ya just have to tell him how you feel and give him time to get over it.

That happened to me and my best friend a few years ago. He told me he wanted to be more than friends. I didn't. Things got weird for a while between us. Then he got over it and found another girl, and now we're super close friends again and everything's like it was before.
