Banana peels and catnip??

I have a question... Is the thing about banana peels r catnip true?? If so, how would you do it?

i dont always,but i mean dude this is like asking if i put my finger in a light socket will i get shocked,this is a common sence question,also catnip has a VERY mild effect most people dont feel shit at all, ive never heard of anyone using catnip more then once for just an experiment

 

Yeah, you're right about the catnip being very mild. Some people don't feel shit, some people do. It's worth finding out, though. Personally, I didn't feel anything from smoking catnip. I never tried the tea method, but it might actually work.

You don't seem to realize that what doesn't work for one person, might work for someone else. Catnip didn't work for me, but I have read numerous experience reports on erowid that report positive results.

 

the banana peel thing was a myth started during the 60's.
and catnip DOES have psycoactive properties. I could find the link but for some reason i havent been able to acess erowid.org for 3 days now!arggggggggghhh! what will i do without erowid!ahhhhhh!

Man... I was just hearing around and I wanted to know. Just chill out. I heard one person get fucked up over catnip but that person isnt someone thats really truthful. Thanks to all who were helpful.

 

I think i've tried almost every "legal" alternatives/herbs/whatever and so far, the only ones I would even consider mind altering would be the morning glories, the nutmeg, and salvia... You need to use fresh nutmeg, and grind it uself, you most likely wun get results if it isnt fresh. It was very calming, and I slept for 14 hours. The salvia was just scary... I don't like it and won't give it another chance, and morning glory's are just fucked up.
