If this is suppose to be about me, I am really into music I going to festies and stuff. I like to make hemp jewlery and shiny rocks are always real cool. I am about 3 and 1/2 months pregnant with wanderingturnup's baby. My fave bands are Yonder Mountain String Band, Primus, Rev. Horton Heat, Nofx ect. ect. I just got a 1977 van that is going to be my house I'm staying in North Georgia right now, but heading to Tennessee soon hopefully, but plans never work out the way anyone ever wants them to. I like to cook and make tea at rainbow gatherings. My fave kitchen in the woods is Tea Time. I don't what else to say about me I'm pretty boreing don't have many friends that I get to see or talk to but I'm looking forward to makein' some on here I recin' peace people Dragonfly
Hey there, Dragonfly & Wanderingturnip2. I’m so happy for the both of you; a new life is a miracle, a joy and a blessing. I’ve never heard of any the bands you mentioned, but I lead a rather sheltered life, lol. I recin' you both will be welcomed here with open arms. We’re a varied bunch of like-minded folk. Anyway, Let me extend the welcome mat. I recently found "The Hip Forums" myself and I know what it’s like to be a newcomer. You don’t really know what to say or how to act. Read some of the threads so you can get the gist of what topics are being discussed. When you feel comfortable jump right in and get your feet wet. Nobody here is going to "Flame" you, that just isn’t tolerated here (unless it’s necessary) lol. We get some assholes here who just want to stir up bad vibes... From what I’ve found so far is that we are one big family with many brothers and sisters. Once again the doors open come on in, open up your heart and mind, put on some groovy tunes, kick back and stay awhile. Babies are great. You will have more room in your van than I did with my three kids in a Toyota Corolla. Have a great time and don't smoke while you're pregnant. Yeah, I'm sounding like a Mom now. Love, love, love...
