I may as well add another category to it.

All coffeeshops that have merchandising, ie, their logo on
T'shirts, clothing, beer mats and other general gifts, etc.

What coffeeshops sell their own T'shirts or have other nic-nacs
and stuff with their coffeeshop theme/logo on it to buy as souvenirs.?
Hats, scarfs, hip-flasks, menus, shirts, bags, grinders, pipes, etc, etc, etc..

I was thinking that you do such great work with your map but souveniers may be a waste IMHO.

Personally I was thinking climate control may be more interesting. For example, whether or not the shop has outside seating or not, the overall size of the shop, whether the shop has AIR CONDITIONING, etc.
