    ok ya'll check this out...
    a while back i heard that les claypool, danny carrey (from TOOL), and some guitar dude from king crimson were getting together to record some material (like what oysterhead was)

    anyone hear any updates of this project? cus the combination of danny carrey and les claypool woulkd be unbelievable.

    that guitar dude would be adrian belew. and yes, i have been waiting for that for awhile now.

    ... what about tom morello? there was something with him and claypool as well wasn't there?

    Les claypool is one of the best bassists I've ever heard, he's amazing. There is a video of a solo he did on kazaa somewhere, it kicks ass. Shake hands with beef is an amazing music video.

    LEs is the bassist and a vocalist for the band known as OYSTERHEAD Trey anastasio as guitar and also vocal

    then that steve copeland guy from the police i think


    it's like an all-star band it is freaking awesome

    Primus is one of the funnest bands live. First time I saw them they came to town with Fishbone. (Hmmm, there should be a Fishbone thread in here, but it would probably die out as soon as I started it.) OMG, that show rocked my little world and my ass! My fav album is probably Frizzle Fry, but Primus is one of those bands that's never sounded as good to me on album as they do live.

    Haven't heard of the Les/Adrian side thing, but its sure to be good.
