i need some information and creative ideas on what to do for my next piece as i am ready to go ahead with it. i think id like to add on to the tribal - like butterfly on my back but i cant draw and for some reason i cant even seem to come up with anything creative at all~ so i was hoping maybe someone knows some good websites or something where i can browse through pics/designs and try to get some ideas. i def want my piece to be nature related and prefereably id like something that involves animal liberation since that is such a big part of my life and my ultimate passion. im thinking about mabye a tree...(not as an add on tho)....so if anyone can help me out that would be great!
thats very nice! i would love to cover up at least two of my three tats which were all done before i was 21 but they are too large and too black to cover over. i need some ideas!
i was thinking about gettign a tree tat myself. somebody on the forums has a kickass tree on her shoulder, i think it was daisymae?... it should be in the sticky tat pics. here's a picture of a colored tree i found online and just some other cool stuff. i like color, so with the butterfly i'd probably just add color around it or smoething... a tye dye northern lights effect around it...i think that would be cool but probably kinda difficult to acheive. anyway here's some pics...
whoa, those are awsome Tigerlily~ I love the one going up the dude's side. I think it would look better on a woman though, better curves to accentuate.
If you go to a tattoo artist they can draw a tattoo up for you!! You don't have to know how to draw at all..
yeah ive thought about having them do that for me but i would need to give them an idea of what im looking for and that's what i cant come up with!!! im getting frustrated!

no problem and i definitely know what you mean... it is permanent after all so it should be something you're always going to like, something you feel fits you, your personality, your body. but don't forget tattoos are also like visual milestones of your life, so the ones you have can remind you of the times past when you got them, right? i only have one myself, it's cute and i love it. i've had it for a year and a bit now, and i forget i even have it a lot of the time ppl always talk about tats needing to be personal and have meaning, but frankly i want something that's going to be flattering to my shape and skin tone and just look beautiful. if i like it, then of course it fits me right? anyway... hehe, i'll get off my soapbox now, but i wish you luck, and i wouldn't mind looking up more stuff for you i love looking at tats and maybe i'll find something for myself along the way... why you don't say a few things about you.. what does your room look like? what kinds of clothes do you wear? do you change your lifestyle often or have you pretty much been the same forever? what are some constants in your life that you have always liked? (just some thoughts so i can try to help ya out)
