I'm extremely interested in this therapy! I've always been interested with nutrition and health. My major is music therapy, but I was considering takin up classes in nutrition.
I've only found one college that actually has a degree for it, which is in massachusetts...hella far from me. Anyone know more about this therapy? I know the schools around me offer courses in nutrition and diet therapy, i was just wanting to know of the actual degree a little bit better.
    Thanks!

hmm...i come from a similar background - my major was art therapy, and i'm a nutrition FREAK. the coolest (by far) school i've found out (for a masters degree, but i do believe they have similar undergrad program) is called bastyr university in washington state. yes, far for you, but it's got a great rep and is one of the only whole food based programs in the world. (the only one anywhere i've found) the campus is vegetarian. sounds so freaking cool to me.
    lemme know how it goes.

oh, by the way, i learned that a degree in dietetics would take someone in a position like ours farther than one in nutrition. as i understand, a nutrition degree focuses more on the research based ideas of health, and dietetics is the hands on therapy.
