how are people who live by tangible reality lesser?

 

just stop stressing about everything so much and be yourself. at the age you are, you care too much of what other people think of you. you really need to let go of that insecurity and just do what is right for you. I kno this time of life is hard, aha believe me i know, but everyone has to go through it and you just gotta keep your head up and just be true to yourself (dont conform to what other ppl may want you to be) and everything will be fine.

dont stress out too much,parents just dont undestand what life is like for teen nowadays,
blame it on BIG BISSNESS.the media is telling your parents that you shouldnt be doing one thing,while at the same time telling you that you should.and all you have to do is give your kids this pill."But dont give them weed,and when there adults thay can buy alchol and tobacco from us,to make them feel better.

what im trying to say is,when you get down and think your gona lose it just stop and say"i dont have a problem, if i did this wouldnt bother me."

I absolutely loathed most of my years as a teenager. I wouldn't go back to them if somebody paid me. *lol*

 

i was a teen in the early 60's and it was a bitch, but not like today. i have taught school in the american schools and there is so much pressure on young people today. it's also hard being a parent, yes, we are hypocrites, i guess cause we don't want our kids to make the same mistakes that we did, but you have to live your life. and to "darkside of the moon", it's not all down hill after you are a teen. i am 58 years old and love my age. i have more self esteem and confidence than i ever had. i was very insecure and worried way to much what others thought back then, now i don't care, it's my life and i will live it the way i want. ya my hippie years were great and i loved them, but i love my life now too. each passage of my life (every 10 years) has had it's moments, made alot of mistakes but i have done alot of good in the world too. just be who you are and hold your head high. it actually gets better after the teens i think. you have so much more freedom to chose the life you want.

Well for one... everyone gets discrminized whether you're a teen or an adult. But of course, times change and times have changed. It is a reason why the adults think we are sometimes just punks. Some just don't remember when they were younger. But no matter where you go, there will be racism, stereotypes, discrimination, pollution, people who judge, and some who just don't accept. You just gotta keep your head up man. Everyone should have at least a year to find themselves. But hey, maybe you already have and just haven't realized it yet. You just go around saying 'peace and love'. (I do). People may think you're a freak. But you gotta live the way you want to live. You can't make everyone happy. Who cares what other think of you as well. You just gotta block their words out, besides, just words. Don't even worry about what people are saying or think of you. If they don't know you, then they have no right to judge you. It doesn't matter what anyone looks like man. We're all human. Difference is a beautiful thing.
