A friend of mine is offering to pay me to sell his stuff on ebay for him. I really think I would be good at this and really need the money. But he wanted to know if we could just list items w/o pics or descrips. I'm willing 2 post the pics and stuff but he doesn't want to put me through the trouble. Bottom line, Ebay isn't helping me figrue out if this is aloud or not b/c u hav 2 be a memeber already to get any help. So PLEASE any1 who knows if this is possible or if their willing to ask the Ebay people for me, PLEASE tell me. By the way, I'm sorry if this is in the wrong section but it was the closest thing in my mind b/c Ebay's on the interent and this is about the internet. Thanks to any1 who reads this and doesn't giv me a hard time for being annoying and a huge huge hug to the person(s) who help me out, I know your out there!
Meh ... If you DON'T put up pictures and detailed descriptions, people won't buy what you're selling ANYWAY, because it would look like a sham. Be honest. SELL your things. Don't just post them.
Dude, there old old CDs and dead merch, it's not like we're selling crap. If you want 2 buy it then you already know what it looks like and we are putting up grades and stuff. By the way I would really appreciate it if u didn't give people a hard time; you don't know me or my friend so please BACK OFF!
A little sensitive are we? It doesn't matter if people already know what they look like. What Hikaru Zero was trying to say is that you should include pictures of the CD, because if you don't someone will think that it is just a burnt CD or something similar. I don't think he was trying to give you a hard time. I think you are severely overreacting. Perhaps you shouldn't ask for advice if you can't handle someone's honest opinion.
a little snippy there, aren't we peter pan....you ask a question on a public forum and you're more than likely gonna get some answers that don't sit well with you....if you're unable to deal with the responses that you solicited, perhaps you should refrain from ever asking or even discuussing anything in a manner that might cause others to give an opinion.. anyway, about ebay...you do what the heck you want but i don't give a rat's ass if your selling unbottled air that can't be photo'd, unless you post a pic and a good marketing description, you're limiting your exposre to about 1% of all the available ebay users.... no one buys crap off ebay unless they can see it i'd suggest that you forget about the whole idea, you appear to have a hair trigger temper and might be proned to just piss off the peeps you want to do biz with you
you dont have to have pictures on ebay...but it helps sales if you are just selling cd's a song listing is generally fine, as a pcituer of a cd isn't anything special

I was giving you advice, amigo: People aren't going to buy shit if they don't know what it is, and a picture is worth a thousand words, and I doubt you're going to type up a 1000 page report on a couple CDs and other random things. By the way, I would really appreciate it if you took my advice seriously instead of thinking I'm giving you a hard time. You don't know me either. So CHILL OUT!
I'm sry if I attacked u. I understand ur advice and do appreciate it. It's just every1 always giv this certain friend a hard time, so I'm really protective of him. I'm really protective of all me friends. Not that it's an excuse; I am a hot head sometimes. It just seemed u we're alittle quick 2 judge on one post.
