    Devendra is more free folk,isn't it? Neofolk is rather dark... But still, I love Devendra! :)

    Dead can Dance does have a pretty dark atmoshpere sometimes, and it's also very folkish.

    dont know if they're what your looking for but try Circulus they are a very good new folk rock band

    i can't keep up with all of the genre names, do you mean like sol invictus? well listen to them anyway, tony wakeford is amazing.
