Who here has heard of Mattias Stormberger? He was a prophet from Germany, who lived in the late 1700's to the early 1800's. The History Channel did a program about psychics who for saw the first two world wars and more, and Matthias Stormberger was one of them. That was a blessing to read. But it did seem like a interpretation of the end days through the Bible rather than a prophecy. Except the WW1 and 2, and the women waring pants...
So far, I have discovered that resources for Matthias Stormberger are rare, especially in English. If my reference is valid, then there are some very interesting predictions. One prediction goes like this: "A race freed from slavery will eventually evolve very quickly, but in time they will have grown so cold in the heart that they will have evolved into nothing." This sounds a lot like what has happened to Blacks in America. They were brought to America to become slaves. They were freed from slavery by the Civil War, yet they were denied full equal rights until the 1960's. After that they have evolved very quickly and in many areas. There have been lots of government programs and money focused on giving them a leg up. Yet today, a large portion of the Black population remains very poor and a large portion is involved in criminal activities. They have been given ample opportunity to help themselves, but many have failed to help themselves a little, which is what is needed. The recent million man march is a prime example of them being cold in the heart. They are quick to blame others for their own shortcomings. This attitude has spilled over into the general population a little too. I am all for a Black person becoming president, but I wouldn't vote for him or her if I detected a whiner attitude.
ANd then there's the one with woman in pants and effeminate men. Like woman wearing pants is a bad thing! Well, anyways, prophecy fulfilled. There's not a source in the Bible talking about this
Just because something is predicted does not necessarily mean it is a bad or a good thing. I do not recall a passage in the Bible about the women's dressing style either. In the Dead Sea Scroll at my site that I feature, it tells about three false forms of righteousness that will come about. They are riches, fornication, and profanation of the temple. Profanation of the temple(can mean the human body) would cover the matter of homosexual marriage and acts.
It makes it look like it though! " Woman will wear pants and men will be effeminate" Both things were kinda negatively portrayed. There is a passage about the clothing though , in the OT it says something like: A woman shall not walk around in men's apparel But they weren't necessarily talking about pants because they're confortable, they were talking about crossdressers.
what about men wearing girls pants? oo, and sarongs, what are they classified as? or are they uni-sex?
