Hi Everybody, I think we are alone in this universe. Although there are some sign of life in diffrent parts of universe but they does not confirm anything. Some people argue that only a minute fraction of universe is explored by us. But the fact remain same still now we have just heard about allien and watch them in movies or serials.
Read Zacharia Stichen's 'Twelth Planet', 1st book of the Earth Chronicals. It will open your mind to a new concept. sh
Hey Ebene, You have asked that what will happen if we all are alliens. Then for us humans will be allien. As they will look diffrent then us. Also our body structure will be diffrent, with no nose, big ear, and no idea regarding sex organs. I think there are lot of movies where directors have imagined about alliens. You must watch those movies. Some of them are Independance Day, ET, War of the worlds etc.
I know a guy that said hes seen aliens. But he smelled like he drove a snow plow through a liquor store.
Seriously though, theres no way people made those crop circles. Thiey're too complex and geometrically exact. Mathmaticians have actually deciphered mathamatical theorums from the ratios and angles of the circles. There have been cave paintings of creatures strikeingly similar to what we today call aliens all over the world in surprising numbers and geographical divirsity. There has to be something to it.
That makes me smell a rat.. they are too good to be true.. surely simplicity would is the key..and is easier to interprete by varying inteligences.. They are not beyond what can be achieved by man/woman.. they just look elegant and alien..it does not prove the case for me i am afraid
Discovery Channel showed a small group of people build one of those crop circles overnight using simple farm hand tools and some string to help lay out patterns. There's nothing mysterious about it. Years ago, the politicians in Britain were actually going to start spending money investigating crop circles. The people who perpetrated the circles had to go to the politicians and plead with them to not waste taxpayer money investigating them. .
It's true. It was on the news here in the U.S. A few of the politicians still didn't believe the explanations that were offered to them by the ones who made the crop circles. We've had a similar incident here in the U.S. with NASA publishing a book that refuted the claims of the 'we never went to the moon' groups. Teachers all over the country were bombarding NASA with questions on how to refute the conspiracy claims after CBS aired one of the conspiracy guys who claimed the U.S. never went to the Moon. NASA got bashed for spending taxpayer money on the book. It was a no-win situation for NASA either way. .
The mystics and conspiracy people out there need to come up with much more creative theories. I remember someone from the 70s who wrote a book and did a movie called Chariots of the Gods who claimed aliens drew lines in the dirt thousands of years ago. It was similar to the crop circle craze of the 90s. These kinds of theories really lack creativity. Surely beings from outer space would do something much better than drawing a line in the dirt. .
I don't see how one could rationally argue your claim. I think it's rather audacious of us humans to assume we are the only forms of life in this infinitely large and vast universe.
Life is probably very common in the universe, intelligent life probably quite rare. I'm very persuaded by the Rare Earth arguments... http://www.google.com/search?num=100&hl=en&lr=&c2coff=1&q="rare+earth+hypothesis"&btnG=Search Above google results point to some sites, but it's a fascinating topic.
Ive said before how many things have conspired to produce life on Earth, there are incredibly few stars in the galaxy that will fit the description to allow life as we know it. Also life will probably be life as we know it (carbon based) through pure statstics take 1'000'000 random chemicals and 999'999 of them will be carbon based or something silly like that. There are also other things such as energy production oxidisation reactions are far and away the best way to chemically produce energy. I dont think its arrogant to claim that humans are the only intelligent form of life in this galaxy. If there were any more than a handfull of other complex lifeforms in this galaxy id be quite surprised. Though bacteria and simple life maybe much more common Mars for example is a possible hunting ground. Though as I say the number of stars where life is even permited maybe very small, please refer to earlier posts. As for intergalactic travel our level of physics doesnt really have anything intelligent to say about this other than a few fancy buzz words, though its starting to look doubtfull that the traditional ship with fast engine approach will work.
wait, wait. wait until you actually see something. I have, but get this, I have itleast 10 other witness's (SP) none of you know what we saw, my Dad also was there that night, ask him, ask the the other wit witnessess(SP)
