bloody spit

yea this happened after i took a shower(i brush my teeth in the shower) but i dont floss...cmon....who flosses anymore....

 

well, it could be numerous things -

could be from a nosebleed that caused some blood to drip down.
could be an early sign of a viral infection
if you've been coughing for a while, you could have busted a blood vessel
could be from your stomach
could be from a lot of other things too...

when you coughed it up, was it a darker red or did it look like bright red, like it was fresh.

either way, if your still coughing up blood, you should get it checked out.

 

it looked weird...like the outer part of it was red and the middle was darker red and then somtimes dark red flakes in it lol its pretty gross

 

dude its winter and the air is really dry. also they did a study on climate control devices in the home and turning on the heat for the first time in a year in ur house it causes sinus infection (in rare cases), nose bleeds, stuffy nose, basically all the irratations that come with sinuses. this could be y ur COUGHING up blood. if it were in your gums u would have tasted it before u hawked the looky. and it wouldnt be completley red at all it would be mostly green if the blood was comming from the lungs. if its a sinus infection (if you get a fever, migrains, ect) then go to the doctor, but if its just an over night small scale nose bleed that dripped (wich is a big possibility) u aint got shit to worry about!!!!

You can tell a doctor you smoke pot...they usually don't care because they know it's not as bad as cigarettes or alcohol and plus they can't turn you in anyway

It happened to my friend, but like someone said above...it was a sinus thing...cause we had that hurricane and right behind it was a giant cold front, so when you have, say the heat on in your car and you're nice and toasty warm, you dry up...and then you get out and get cold and then if you cough or something...blood may come up...

But with THAT much blood...it may be something to worry about...he just coughed up 1 solid drop of blood (1 inch wide) and that was it.

 

well it was completley red after about 5 spits and i did NOT cough it up i just spit it cuz i hawked a lugy...then after about 5 spits it still had some red flakes in it for a lil while, and it hasnt even been cold here yet its still hasnt gone under 85 degrees...i live in the middle of california so yea...and i got caught put in juve again, but just for a day this time and since i just got off probation like 3 days ago im right back on it for another 18 months so fuck it man its not worth it no more...plus im getting tested alot more than my last probation cuz last time wasnt about drugs so yea....gotaa quit man, plus im expelled and right back in that dumbass trouble maker school again and all my friends are gone now......shit just got all fucked up...just in the wrong place at the wrong time.

 

haha everyones suggested the most rediculous things. i mean some of these things are possible, but wouldnt the biggest factor obviously be the fact that your a stoner? quit smoking right now and visit a doc. if he says its a viral infection or whatever then go back smoking. but for the love of god pot is the most obvious answer.

 

see a doctor man, and its your fault u brought an 1/8 to school... that was just .. well... anyways good luck man.. see a doctor and find out for sure whats wrong with it.

It depends on how many posts. I just reached "senior member" status at 1,000 posts. You will reach "member" status at 100 posts. I think you can customize later on.

 

i think the only way to customize it after that is to donate 15 bucks and then u can put like a ton of stuff in ur sig and get a bunch of pic room and customize ur little icon to a pic of whatever and change the little thing under ur name etc
