    The most valid complaint is that there are more clicks (and scrolling), which obviously is a problem for those with slow modems. Of course the old way you could only see 20 threads at a time anyway, so you'd still have to click to see older threads, so it's not that much of a difference. In fact, now you can see like 30 threads on the main page instead of just 20, so in some cases there would be fewer clicks needed.

    Also like with the music forum, those who frequent it are more likely to be disturbed by the change, but those who AVOIDED the forum before will now feel more welcomed cause they can find their niche and are more likely to participate without having to page thru B.S. threads to find ones interesting to them.

    I suppose you can compare it to what it would be like if this whole site was just one forum.... (imagine that!)

    Of course everyone will get used to it. We experienced the same complaints (and predictions of doom) with the music forums & the psychedelic forums before that, and go see now how many threads are in each of the psychedelic subforums (many hundreds each). So it works better on many levels.

    Yes, but no such category exists as of now.

    True sometimes, but not always. Perhaps 'odd turn-ons/turn-offs' might be an ideal category.
    I think a separate category is ideal so as it may be easier to find.

    I have gotten used to it and kinda like it. It's like the Music forum. You get used to which sub-sections you look at.

    I think it blows goats. Instead of one forum to look at, now I have to browse through six or seven to keep up on discussions I'm interested in. All the extra page switching is a bitch! I feel sorry for folks on dial up....

    well...sexual health and birthcontrol first and foremost...and maybe a porn forum would be good, then we could leave the real kinky stuff to the subjects that are actually kinky.

    i second that combination. I'd also put genitalia and masturbation together - neither one seems to be getting a huge amount of traffic together and since masturbation is about getting to know your genitalia....
