I would like to stay in one, but not clean it afterwards.

 

There is always an inch of scum all over them. It's so fucking gross.

Thanks Gingle, unfortunately I get paid minimum wage, which luckily is pretty high in Cali I think. And I do literally clean up shit. Good times

 

I once heard that humans are the filthiest animals on the planet. The only thing that keeps me from believing it completely is that we disregard our own bodily waste (ie feces).

Most of us do, anyway. Different strokes for different folks.

 

I've been up for well over 24 hours now, I worked an 8 hr shift lifting 35-50 lb boxes of books last night, and have to be in there in about 4 hrs and 45 minutes.... so much for getting plenty of sleep

 

why did you do that?

I have nothing much to whine about...

only thing is that a very good friend left yesterday and i will not see him for a year or so..... which is rather sad...

Other than that, life is good, i got alot of backpacking inside Honduras lined up... then a trip to Guatemala.

Today i'm gonna go sharpen my billiard skills with the boys... pretend to be Kurt Cobain in a pool hall... Then will probebly party in the night... Reading a good book... Miss school a tad, but I saw practicly half of my school friends (Around 60 people) throughout the day yesterday, so i'm alright... Life's good

 

Ok, I am gonna whine........its my freakin car, yet once again. this piece of shit has been the biggest pain in my ass since March, first off, the mechanics say it needed spark plug wires $360, then it isnt any better, take it back, nope it needs motor mounts, $200, NOW the piece of shit is banging and clanging. had my bro look at it, he says it is probably the something balancer thingy, or a bearing...probably another $400 or so dollars......i cant afford to get it fixed right now, so i am fucking carless...and i am supposed to be looking for a job. Thankfully I can use my parents truck, but of course i dont want to abuse that. MY CAR SUCKS!

 

Oh man, I empathize with you completely. Cars are the BIGGEST pain in the ass! I've had my car for about a year and a half and I've already dropped about $600 in repairs on it. And that is A LOT for a full-time college student who only works part-time. And it sucks because everything is so spaced out here, and there is no public transit of any kind in my area. So I pretty much have to have a car. But if something major happens to it again, then...forget it. It only has to last me one more year anyhow.

I'm glad you have your parents' truck, though! At least you're not one of those who get carless and have nobody to fall back on. That would suck.

 

But I will complain about the fact that I miss the forums and I have no life cuz I have no money, but I did quit drinking and I did get a job, AND I got enrolled for school again, so things are only going to get better.

 

I've learned that at my age(20), if you have a car you don't have much else.

I have a cold, Im starting to university in 2 weeks and still havnt got all my finances sorted which is pissing me off just a tad.

 

I had a dream my kids were taken.......I retract this whine. I gotta go hug and kiss some little people
