It's the family guy episode where there's a hurricane/storm and the drunken clam is bought by english folk, and they burn it down for the insurance money. The news reporters blame the fire bug, and then blame someone else so he says "good... good..." while rubbing his legs together malociously. Why do I remember this shit?
