I miss being a cop

At your young age of twenty, ive spent many years in the military, fought in combat....was dogged by the atf when released from the military for not wanting to join the team as it was put....so I say again, fuck you, ive seen enough of both sides of the system to speak my mind on the topic.


This might be a bit harsh but from a 20 year old with over 8000 posts whos the nerd?

I dont know what you all are complaining about cops for, most of you complaining are white...So therefore, dont really get harrassed by cops..

Yes, some cops are shit, but some are not (not even going to try to debate that since some are so set in their ways that all cops are bad..)
But the cops that are shit mostly harrass people who are not white...and if you cant see that then you are freaking blind...
I hear kids complaining about cops harrassing them cause of the way they dress and blah blah blah... but trying being a different race when pulled over and then youd wish you were just being pulled over cause of your clothing and not the color of your skin..

That's exactly why we hate cops, they abuse their power. And they are pissed about their salary, so they take it out on innocent folks.

 

All Cops can go to hell as far as I'm concerned. All of the pigs I know are arrogant assholes just waiting to take you down town so they have some paperwork to fill out and doughnuts to eat. Those fat fucks.......I wish they would stop concentrating on the "War on Drugs" and start a "war on Stupid idiots that are a waist of oxygen". Get rid of all the stupid idiots and the world would be a much happier place.

 

um, okay...hahaha so its cause of their salary? that is for me to laugh at..i doubt its their salary champ...

 

I said that the salary adds to their anger and helps to fuel their abuse of power. I know the main reason is because they get their kicks that way, but the low salary doesn't quell their violence in any way.
I guess I just typed it wrong or something.

 

I work with cops, they are the security at my work when the guard doesnt show..some are nice and some are shitheads but that doesnt mean im going to hate all cops...
The cops that I loathe are the ones who target others of a different race just because they can or pull women over and rape them then tell them if they tell they will kill them...those are the ones who are the bad ones...sorry, but if you are that stupid to drive around with drugs in your car, then dont come crying when you get into trouble...(please dont give me shit for that, cause you know i am semi-right...and it is merely my opinion)

 

Sure you're right, but we all know for a fact that MOST cops abuse their power in some way and end up fucking over numerous civilians. I too, have known quite a few nice and completely legit cops, but I've come in contact with far more pigs that would rather throw me in jail than to help me deal with my problems in a productive and reformative manner. Those are the ones that need to commit suicide.

 

For all your big talk about how the government is evil and corrupt (which is most certainly is) you sure boast pretty loudly over the fact that you were in the military. So....instead of fighting The Man, you chose to do the fighting for him and be his bitch?

i was driving past a rather sketchy park pretty late at night, and there was a parked car which is pretty unusual, and i watched a cop get out and check out the seen. I felt kind of safe knowing that there are people who will put themselves in those kidns of situations to ensure safety for others.
not that a parked car is a great threat or anything , but you get my drift

So if you had a different upbringing, and were unenlightened about some things, and went and did what you thought in your heart was the right thing to do, even though you relented later and turned on the system that made you what you are, you're still a pig and a dirtbag, is that it?

Hey Shroom-I hear what you are saying and I think it's great that you have your feelings about the Cops and respect that too.
My own dealings with them has been different then yours.
I still have scars on my head from The Chicago Democratic Convention and a bunch of other anti war protests, etc., from years ago. I also am white but hung out mostly with Blacks and Hispanic folks growing up. I saw a lot of stuff cops have done and do and have based my feelings about them from my own life experiences.
I have been pulled over because of who I am and what I believe in for many years.
That still happens to this day because of who I am and what I believe in-even here in Woodstock.
Our system and leaders are corrupt and the cops are here in enforce that etc.
I steer clear of them and no do not consider them my buddies.
I think women are different and it's that uniform thing etc.
So to each is/her own.

cops as a species despise my husband. they can smell him a mile away. most like me pretty well, though. i look all squishy, soft, maternal and harmless. makes them feel all protective a shit. which also annoys my husband.

my aunt married a cop. he's really cool. turns a blind eye to private usage of certain things...so long as no one's makin' trouble or killing anyone. which is good, because my dad's side of the family is completely outta their minds and require a very patient sorta leader.

 

hehe, my uncle is a cop aswell. It was funny, one year we had the whole family over for the 4th of July, we were lighting off all sorts of illegal fireworks. Someone mentioned something about them being illegal, and my other uncle (probably pretty drunk) from the other side of the family says to my cop uncle "yeah, well just dont tell the cops" and he says "well, i am a cop" it was funny
