Shinedown

I just got their new CD and im supprised.. its good.. i liked it alot.. anyone else hear it

 

i love that one song 45 but i havnt really heard much else by them...

 

They're actually really good.

 

They sound 100% like every other radio-rock band out there.

 

shinedown isnt heavy metal

 

thier remake of "Simple Man" by lynyrd skynyrd is awesome. he has some cool hair also.

 

ya i realized where i posted this after it was posted.. im aware they are not heavy metal

 

shinedown are ok i guess... i dont like their sound that much though. the guys voice is too melodic. i would not concider it metal either. if i ever got their cd, it would probably just end up sitting around and gathering dust withought me ever listening to it.

ya, i agree with that.
it seems like the radio stations around here play them almost hourly. It gets really annoying. theyre almost as bad as bands like theory of a dead man and nickleback

unfortunately it seems that every radio station needs to play them regularly
even some of the djs on one station make fun of them, but i guess theyre required to play them.
its too bad djs dont have control over any of the music played.

 

they play that shit over and over again, and the worst part is, they play it on almost all the damn stations. The heavy rock ones, and even the light rock ones. why why why??? I would love to get xm or sirius satellite and forget about mainstream radio.

 

i like that heroin song they got. thats about it.
