Im quitting smoking

The patch usually gives me nicotine poisoning, I stopped using that...and it still maintains your addiction... Might as well smoke a cigg.

 

wel i definately think u shud quit, im behind you all the way as they say, good luck to you and remeber to ignore anyone saying you shouldnt quit cos your gonna save loads of money, get much better health and you wont smell

I think I've just realized in the pst few days that I'm addicted to ciggarettes. I used to think I wasnt and I just amoked a lot bcz I wanted to, but in the past few days or so I've realized I was lying to myself.

well the last 20 times i tried quitting it was hard (hence the whole starting back up again thing) but hopefully it aint that bad this time cuz i really havta do it this time.




they say the first 3 days are the hardest and it hasnt been that hard today...so bring on the nxt 2 days n we will see how i am then....
