The Daily Show on a Michael Moore Film

I was watching the daily show this morning and I guess that a nobody from Minneapolis named Mike Wilson is trying to make a movie called Michael Moore Hates America I got really upset about this, especially because he can't even get an interview with Michael Moore. According to the daily show, Mike Wilson wants to change the way the election is going to turn out. He is right-wing. Hmmm,... I honestly hope it doesn't come out.

 

So it's only all right if it's something you want to hear? You want the movie to be censored because you don't agree with its premise?

The movie is already finished as far as I know, and will be out at the end of this summer. I plan on seeing it, as I saw Moore's movie. I like viewing both sides of a story. It's how I form opinions.

Anyway, it should be interesting.

And why is the guy a "nobody"? He's an independent filmmaker. Does a person have to be as rich and bloated (no pun intended) as Michael Moore to be considered "worthy"?

i think it's a funny title. the conspiracy theorist in me says that michael moore is just your standard right wing capitalist that found a niche and is exploiting it. my husband said that if he could make that many millions by lying about his political beliefs, then hell yeah, he'd do it.

well, so far it's made 8.5 million, and it's going to be shown on more screens for a while to come.

I took Fahrenheit 9/11 seriously. I believe every bit of it. I may be young and maybe naive, but I have strong liberal views. Tell me, (anyone who knows about the upcoming movie,) is Mike Wilson a conservative-republican? That would make sense into why he is doing this. To swong the way of the election. Hell, in my opinion Kerry is the way to go. He may have some views in common with Bush, but I would vote for a turd over Bush!

Yes it will come out, and yes, people will see it. For some, it'll look like a joke and to others, who already have those beliefs, it'll just be a movie they agree with. I don't see the big deal either way.
