Ask MarijuanaPhysicist. I'm sure he'd approve of this and suggest the kid and parents smoke together. So much stress....

haha just imagine an eight year old standing behind the bus, working a joint. haha. something out of southpark.

and yes i bet if him and his parents smoked it together, they would reach new grounds of togetherness, something very important at that age.

kinda harsh on the uncle, though. He has about a half ounce and they charge him with intent to sell? And intent to sell near a school? It was in his sister's house, the dumbass kid took the weed to school, not the uncle. That's some bogus charges, man.

Well it said he had it separated into over a dozen bags...

They always pop you w/ intent to sell if there are multiple bags or scales involved.

i love the part of it that says "Police said the boy was off the hook after his teen-age uncle admitted the drugs were his".

In other words, had the uncle not have owned up, the 8 year old would of gotten a charge. That's so stupid. Where i live, if you can't be charged with MURDER if you are under 9! and nobody can be charged with pot under 13. I have not come across a 8 year old pothead. 8 year olds play with legos, not mj.

No, I think it meant he didn't get a suspension from the school because his uncle admitted they were his...

still, suspension is even too harsh. the kid probably had almost no idea what it was anyways. For christ's sake, he's 8. You sit him down, explain what it is and that it's illegal, and that's it. We've been getting kinda legalistic and harsh on kids these days. I heard of them cuffing a second grader for something not too long ago. I mean, damn.

And I still think those are bogus charges. I thought the article said that when they found it on the kid, it was in one bag. Maybe it was a bag full of little bags...

thats some crazy shit. i bet you he pissed himself. i bet you they treated the poor lil fella like he was a big time dealer until the uncle owned up.

charging the uncle with intent to sell is a little ridiculous, 18 bags containing 13.5 grams? most dealers i know would hang up on you over a gram unless its some serious dank that would run u like 25-30$. less then a gram per bag....whos he dealing to? people on welfare? "i'll give you 3/4 of a gram for 2 food stamps" lol
