Mix up a can of frozen orange juice and pour it into a blender. Throw in about 4 to 6 frozen strawberries. blend on high till the strawberries are ground up. I like it best when it is still all foamy.

Try it, you'll like it. :)

I use fresh oranges for it too...helps if you have a juicer though

hmmm i take oranges and blend them up with strawberrys, alot of cinimon and vanilla. then i take some milk, or even cream, and i dump some in there. tehn after i blend that, add a bannana. mix it up with different amounts of each ingredient to taste like you like.

Flavored Jell-O (really!) Whenever I backpack, I bring along lots of Emergen-C. Soursop is available year round, is a knobbygreen fruit which is ripe when it begins to go soft. It's messy to eat because of all the seeds. It can be blended with a little milk and ice to make an excellent drink. Sorrel is a flower, available fresh around Christmas and dried the rest of the year. Pour boiling water on a couple of blossoms to make an excellent herb tea with a flavor not unlike "Red Zinger."
