I just saw a great flash movie about the risky things Kraft Foods is doing to our food. Please take a look and forward far and wide.(Sorry for the repeat if this has already been posted here) It's set in the holiday season, but applies anytime. Learn the truth about what Kraft is trying to feed you in: GENETICALLY KRAFTED: THE MOVIE!" There's something Kraft's not telling you about what's in its Post Cereals, Boca Burgers, Lunchables and hundreds of other products that could risk your family's health and the environment. SEE THE MOVIE! http://www.krafty.org/flash/ This message brought to you by Genetically Engineered Food Alert Coalition For more information, go to our website at www.krafty.org or www.gefoodalert.org
you know, i always suspected and thought kraft was an evil company, havent touched any of their products in months now... (8edit didnt know they made boca burgers, never tryed one but i hear they are tasty, will be sure to avoid it now....
Kraft has pulled some fast ones in the past. They made misleading statements about the amount of calcium in their cheeses. There biggest blunder I remember was when they had their 'Win A Free Minivan' contest and claimed that they couldn't give away the minivan because they accidentally printed up a dozen winning coupons. But, Kraft gave the contestants something much more valuable: a complimentary copy of the Kraft Recipe Book. .
oh no, i don't even wanna know whats in the Boca Burgers. They are the only good veggie burgers I've been able to find...
Wow,interesting...I'll definitely read more about this. Basically the video is about Kraft Foods using genetically engineered foods created in labs. Things that could cause health problems and since these things haven't been properly tested for the long term, every Kraft product is like an experiment.
They're all right, but they use eggs. So if your a vegan, or just a vegetarian who avoids eggs, you can't eat them.
I have to admit, I was pretty concerned when I first learned of this stuff. I did sign the petition thing. If it's true ( which I wouldn't doubt) I believe we should get involved, even if we, ourselves, are not Kraft consumers.
Actually Boca makes a vegan version of their original boca burgers, they are sooooo tasty but I didn't realize kraft made them, now I'm not sure if I wanna go near them, but damn they are good!
the last I heard of Krafts tomfoolery they were lobbying congress to change the meaning of "organic" on the food market so they could put out less than organic food and jack up the prices based on current organic price standards.... ...and here i was optimistically thinking we were going in the other direction.
