well when there is no possible sources of ignition, it is pretty hard for something to go up in flames.
To answer your question, yes its possible and yes it has happend. Some people choose not to believe it just like many other things but that doesn't make it not true. Just because on ignorant person thinks something doesn't happen will not stop it from happening. I do think some of the cases of it are a bit shifty however, another words foul play, I don't think all cases were real SIC.
The thing that creeps me out and makes me believe all at the same time is the fact that there were ashes of BONES...the fire would have to be pretty hot for that...and then in those SHC cases, the only thing that burned was the person...nothing happened within the room it happened in. *cringes*
Be more specific, when dealing with someone such as yourself I tend not to know what subject you're jumping to. Yea its kinda far fetched, but think about how many chemicals we have active in our bodies, also think about all the chemicals in th things we intake. Some of those do not mix well. Its no different than any other chemical reaction, its just happening inside.
Ok, we'll let that be your little secret. For the rest of the people that would like to know more they can google it and find endless factful information. Granted they know what they are looking for.
suppose they don't. Perhaps you could give us a name or a website to keep an eye out for? Come on Nelo, share the wealth brother!
Give me one good reason to make an effort for someone whos mind is apparently already made up on the subject.
i recall there were a couple cases where people had chemicals ON THEM that reacted in a very similar fashion to reported SHC cases. but to be honest, i just don't really care enough to research it in depth and decide if i think it's possible or not. besides, if it doesn't create something edible, i'm not going to understand the chemistry anyway.
