it's really close to impossible to give instructions on how to do it via internet but i'm sure someone you know can do it and could show you. once you learn just practice it alot then it'll be second nature to you.
find a good pivot and its all bout rollin in between your fingers...your index finger can speed things up and whatnot

ah theres a book on amazon.com called "drumstick spinology" or something and it comes with a book of explanations and a DVD. ....i have this book, but haven't got round to studying it
