about the condoms, if they didnt teach them to practice safe sex, then the world would be more crowded than it is now. about the test grades, i dont know about anywhere else, but around here, they are skyrocketing! i mean our schools test grades went up 5 points in one year! not that i think that has anything to do with god being in the school. because if hes not anywhere, its this school, believe me. but i cant say anything about the teaching, because they do do that.(i believe it should be the rent's responsibility). but they would probably find out on thier own anyway.

If they don't teach them about 'safe' sex, then there will be more teenage mothers. Then people put 1+1 together and say: " Oh, if you have sex, you can get pregnant". And they won't fornicate. If they got kids because of fornication that's their own fault.

regardless what your teacher tells you, abstinence is not 100% effective...17% of couples practicing abstinence have an unplanned pregnancy this is what i learned at university orientation
