I saw them back in 2002, (I have the tour shirt on now). They know how to put on a good show. If they happen to tour again, I'll definately see 'em.

what do The Who have to do with hippies? Pete Townshend hated hippies.

who cares if they put on a great show? its not The Who, they shouldnt be playing Who songs. obviously they are touring for only the money.

LOL, he even pushed abbie hoffman off the stage at woodstock.

It doesn't really matter what they're touring for...I couldn't really give two shits. Sure, it earns money. But it's probably very fulfilling for them to entertain thousands of people every show, after all these years...

It's not the Who, but why shouldn't they be playing Who songs? I see nothing wrong with it. Page/Plant played zeppelin songs, Trey plays Phish songs, Paul plays beatles tunes, etc. etc.

Music is music. If you can pull it off, go for it.

I do believe that they are calling themselves Who2 now..

as long as its not The Who, ive got no problem with it. The Who died with Keith Moon.

.... FUCK YES THE YANKEES JUST LOST FUCK YES YES YES.

They were "The Who" when I saw them in '02, and that was right after John died. But the tickets were obviously printed beforehand....

They had an album out after Keith died, so who knows what logic they run by.

    Hell yes.

    Nothing...
It just when you hate something you hate it through and through and apparently everyone or everything that goes with it. (Just like you do with hippies.)

i know if i were 60 years old, i would want to tour and not have to play new material that will most likely stink. I would love to see the who, even if john and keith have passed away, so what? like bassistreid said, it would be a good show. not anything close to back in the 60's-70's, but still...
