Specific Instructions for Smoking a Bowl

Okay i need a bit of help. Newbie im probably going to smoke tomorrow and i dont want to look like an idiot. Okay, first off when i hold the lighter i hold it on it's side right? and do i actually let the flame reach the weed or just keep it at real close range and just let the tip of the flame touch the weed? When should i breath in? should i start breathing lightly soon as i get the lighter close to the weed? or should i wait till the weed starts the burn? ok next question is about the shotgun, where is it usually located? and for this i just take my finger off of it mid way through enhaling?

Pack the bowl (or have it packed)
Put the flame on the bud, you are burning it so get it close.
Keep the fire going and breathe in, make sure you are holding the carb (shotgun?).
If you dont breathe in there is a chance of the flame burning you, you need to suck to get it into the bowl.
The carb is usually on the bowl, for glass spoons and stuff. It shouldnt be that hard to find even if its not.
Let your finger off of it and keep inhaling, so you get plenty of oxygen.
Hold it in for a long time then let it go.

 

dont actually put the flame on teh bud, your meant to have it so that the flame is only touching the bud when youre inhaling. so if you hold it close (doesnt matter if its on its side or not, you just dont want to burn your finger), when you inhale, it will suck the flame into the weed and therefor light it, and when you stop inhalving, the light will no longer be touching the weed.

 

alright i remember being in the exact same position as u were..lol but kno 1 was there to tell me anything so i looked like a total fool..aha but anywaysssss ur correct u hold the lighter sideways(or watever way doesnt burn you.i suggest practicing) right when the lighter touches the weed and u see it burning inhale slowly and take in the most smoke u can..make sure u inahle it..dont just let the smoke chill in your mouth..u want it in ur lungs. u do that by having the smoke in ur mouth then quickly as possible take a deep breath while the smoke's in ur mouth sending it to your lungs. and make sure u hold it in as long as possible. and yes you are correct tap it not fast..but not slow either midway-near end of ur inhale. if u got any more questions im on hear alot... peace and best of luck.

 

pack the bowl however you want. put the lighter on its side with the flame side inward toward the bowl. put it close to the weed and then spark the lighter and inhale and use your breath to draw the air to burn the weed. Inhale and hold that shit in when you feel the heat on your throat.

 

Should I keep the lighter lit through the entire time i am in-haling? or after i get it lit and start sucking it in should i take my thumb of the lighter?

 

once you see the weed is light you dont really need to keep lighting, it will cherry.

 

yes, but do not roast the bowl(that means dont like the center part of the weed burning the whole bowl to ashes it will get ur friends pissed at ya) and just explain to your friends u never smoked before..they were all at your position one time or another im sure they'll understand. o and also try your fuckin hardest not to be paranoid.. it will ruin your high man it sucks. any more questions?
