Favourite Beatles Album(s)

well........i think there's too many to chose from, but my fave is the white album, but i also love sgt pepper and abbey road.

 

I love them all, but I think that the White Album is my fave.

 

1) if you look at pictures of the beatles from BEFORE they were signed to any label, they were all leather clad rockers in dark danky clubs...the suits were for show

2) Mothers natures son is all paul, if anyhting Julia is about Yoko ("ocean child calls me") as well as Happiness is a Warm Gun ("Mother Superior Jumps the Gun")---

 

I thought "Julia" was about John's mother.

 

well yes, but the "ocean child calls me" is about yoko as her name means ocean or someting like that...

and the "mother superior" is yoko as well be cause john calls yoko "mother", and i believe he has said that it is a love song for her too maybe at one point or somethign

 

john stated that julia was partly about his mother and partly about yoko.

 

revolver is my favorite

 

i really wanted to check em all, but i limited myself to three

 

its all about the mood in my day...

and about "julia" ... nice to know... i had heard it was about an old girlfriend... but guess its all about yoko..=)

 

id say its basically saying goodbye to his mother, Julia, who was hit by a car when John was in his teens when he was just getting to get her back into his life, and i guess he never got to say goodbye probobly, and then its welcomeing yoko into his life...

 

Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band was always my favorite..

 

ah, I've got the Revolver.. can't get enough of She Said or I'm only sleeping.. really

 

I'm split between Revolver and Sgt Peppers, but I love the Hindu style songs they use in both albums, Love You To and Within You Without You
