I just ate a 3 egg egg salad sandwhich, as well as a huge salad. While those foods are relatively healthy, (I think) I feel like such a pig! I usually eat healthy, good foods, but when I do I pig out so much, I feel so uncomfortable after! When I eat dinner with my husband, I often eat more than he does!!! Is anyone else like this? Is this unhealthy? Is it Bingeing?
I'd say it depends on your metabolism...are you truly hungry when you eat, or are you eating out of boredom, or because you are nervous? Some people just burn food fast, and need to eat a lot..it is hard to generalize, because everyone is so different. I eat like that a week or so before my period...can't get food down fast enough!
I eat alot too. i have a good metabolism though and its not that easy for me to gain weight. if i go a day without eating as much a normal then i loose weight so eating as much as i do doesnt bother me. somtimes though i feel like, a lady shouldnt be eating this much junkfood...yesterday i had a donut AND potato chips for breakfast, for lunch i had a veggie burger and fries and then after that i ate more chips, cashews, twizzlers, mashed potatos and peas and drank like 4 sodas. i need to eat healthier, i know.
I eat an average amount, but the week before my period, oh my goodness, I feel starved almost constantly and eat much more than usual. I wonder why that is?
I tend to eat out of boredom, or because of the munchies...I have put on a few pounds since my teenage years, but who doesn't? (except Elle apparently...grrr ) J/K!
munchies are a BITCH!!!!!!!!! seriously though.... man i have a love hate relationship with the munchies, no joke... its like mmmmm when i am stoned the food tastes SO good... but afterwards im like ughhhhhhh i ate too much i think im gunna croak!
I eat when I feel hungry, but I just mow down so much and feel like a cow after! I surprise myself sometimes!
Yeah metabolism has a lot to do with all that suff. My sister has to watch what she is eating all the time. While me on the other had take after my dad. I could eat junkfood all day and it wouldn't matter. I really should ease of the drinks though. More water would do me good. I also need a lot of iron I got that from my dad as well. My dad has to just eat a ton of food just to keep going. If he dosin't it is really hard on him. If you don't gain any extra pounds and you feel ok I would say that you just burn it all off faster than most people.
