I have a feeling i'm not getting enough of certain things. I've been vegetarian for several months, and i find myself getting more and more tired. Problem though is not a lack of protein (though a little more won't hurt), i thnk it has to do with macro and micro nutrients. suggestions?
Are you a lacto-ova veggie...do you eat eggs & dairy? As long as your eating a balanced diet every day, you should be ok. If you're a vegan, then make sure to take a vitamin with B-12
Sounds like you're not getting enough iron. (That would make you feel weak and tired). Eat dark leafy greens to get more iron: lettuce, spinach, bok choy... or take a supplement.
