My friend came back from a vacation in China recently. In many countries, I guess people don't pay attention to traffic lights.
She described to us a case in a major city of a small car accident. One car had dented another car slightly. Both drivers got out and payed each other for damages and that was the solution. In the USA, people would sue for more than enough to pay for damages.
