If I want to shroom at night...

....Say, around 11pm, and it's my first time, should I be alright to go to work at 4:00 the next day? Or do I need a whole day off? I'm not planning on eating a whole eighth, by the by.

 

it depends, everyone is different. i've stayed up all night tripping and then gone in to work 8 hours stocking shelves at a grocery...didn't feel up to par mentally, but i wasn't hungover or anything.

i'd suggest having a day off after just incase, but then less than an eighth of shrooms isn't much at all

According to Leary, if you really wanna make it deep and magical you have to set aside 3 days, 1 for preparation, 1 for tripping and then 1 after to reflect

 

fuck that mushrooms arnt as deep and magical as everyone says...quit bullshittin. the only reason anyone does any drugs psychedelic or not is to get fucked up. You dont need any recovery time the next day, youll be fine.

I guess it depends on what job you have, if your in some kind of industrial job where saftey hazards are present, then its probably not the best idea...otherwise you should be alright, you wont be trippin or anything by the time you have to go to work...

 

trippin at night is lame imo. i'd hold off and do it when the suns out.

 

Tripping at night is amazing. Especially when the sky is clear and you can see the outline of the trees in the moonlight. Some trippy ass shit.

Damn Right! They will start swirling and shit. They will seem to be disappearing and reappearing. And they will start to look like shapes and faces and objects that are moving around.

 

the best trip i have ever had was lookin out over the atlanta skyline at night, and all the lights in the buildings were changing colors and swirling.

 

Atlanta is beautiful even when you are not tripping.

 

you should be fine the next day, maybe just a little more tired then usual, and not fully back to reality but nothing extreme
