Basic Questions for a newb

I've smoked occasionally with friends probably done it about 20 or so times. But i want to become more dedicated pot head. First off could anyone teach me or direct me to a link that teaches u A.) how to pack a bowl, B.) roll a joint, C. i dont know how to smoke out of a bong right?... any what are we on like Z.) now? umm infact when using the lighter should i directly point the light downwards into the pipe...ya i sound like an idiot but i need lots o help becuz i am an idiot.

 

why do people feel this need to like move up in the Pot head society?

just keep smoking and smoking and over time u will learn

trying to be some pro and act like one after smoking for a month is stupid

a) insert weed into your bowl, the tightness of the pack is usually a personal preferance thing (I usually cut the bud up into smaller portions, and pack it at about 'medium' tightness)

b) I dont smoke joints so i cant really help you there

c) fill bong up with water (or some kind of sugerless beverage), fluid level should be about two to four centimeters above the slider stem, pack the bowl, and smoke

d) you should only hold the lighter on the bowl until the herb starts smoldering on its own, other wise you will get harsh hits, and yes hold the flame onto the bowl.

some newb who "thinks" he knows alot about weed, only to get shot down and humilated by ppl who actually know somthing

or someone attempting to learn and move up by gaining experiance, not asking for help on the net.

 

you cant always learn by yourslef, you should learn that asking people is alright and that it does actually help

first of all, the kid asked for help, he didn't ask to be flamed, so just chill out.

second, in his post he never said that he thinks he knows alot about weed, in fact, near the end of his post he calls himself an 'idiot'

We all need help at some point in our lives, think about a time when you needed help; did it benefit you at all when someone you asked responded with "haha you idiot, you should know that". No it didn't, so just chill out, and maybe have some respect and be curteous to those seeking answers to their questions because I bet at some point in your life, you've been there too.

 

Yeah, I'd much rather have him seeking answers than to be spilling bong water on weed...or even worse...be a DARE kid!

 

I like loose packing my joints. It's easier to inhale, easier to roll, and doesn't require a whole lot of weed. Hell, I think I'll go roll one up right now.

if you wanna put aside the american ways, try cutting up the weed fine, mixing it with a bit less tobacco than there is weed, then see what the most you can put in the bowl in order to smoke it in all one hit.
thats how we do it. cept our bowls are smaller so we just fill em up

 

Rolling takes practise man, i wont even attempt to explain it. Just get someone to give you a few pointers.

 

Rolling joints or blunts is difficult to get at first, just takes some practice. Get a pack of papers and just keep rolling up the same bit of weed, everytime you get it rolled up just take a pull off of it(without lighting it), and if it doesn't feel right break open the joint a grab another rolling paper. You should have it down in ten papers or so. It's how I learned to roll a joint. Practice makes perfect.

 

SMOKING A BONG:

1. Rip the bong untill the chamber is full of smoke, then clear it

2. when you can see the lit weed at the very bottom of the slide, try not to suck it through

3. make sure you can handle the clear

Why are you asking questions on the net?

About the lighter thing, hold the lighter perpendicular to the bowl. Then when you draw on the bong/bowl, it will suck the flame down into the herb. If you actually try to point the flame into it the flame will curl back up around the lighter and burn the shit out of you.

 

Wow! Yeah very basic. Hahaha. Um I agree too with what someone else said, just get it naturally. You can't read up on something like this. Just use common sense. Pack the joints nicely, if smokin in a pipe just light the fuckin' shit and take a hit! If it's a bong, YAY! All the more fun. The goal is to get high.
You do not mention anything about the high. That is strange to me.
Anyway just learn to roll... learn to roll.
I'd tell you how but just watch someone do it. You won't learn it here.
