But the two people used in my example have absolutely no signifance at all. Ghandi was pretty damn nonviolent compared to most people. A less unintentionally inflammatory example: The average believer in nonviolence still might step on an ant on the sidewalk. But this person still is nonviolent on the whole. Pick any person randomly and you'll see that they sometimes stray from their moral values or philosophies even if it's only on the tiniest level.
correct word: accept if it were a "your" and "you're" id let it go cause i do that all the time, but those two aren't even pronounced the same
I dont think so. I don't really see what that has to do with this thread though.. if you're trying to compare loving all humans and loving all ameobas, that doesn't really make sense.... then um... why did you compare the two? lmao, i havent been this confused in days. bravo. you sir, are one fucked up and confused individual. whats it matter that he was a human being, so was Pol Pot, and Saddam Hussein, and George W Bush, and Charles Manson... humans judge. are you saying that you are not human? or are you saying that you condone the actions of hitler and all the aforementioned "men" ? not bad. you should get on msn sometime.
I'm fucked up? You see. That's the problem with people like you. You try to place yourself above others becasue you think you're so fucking elite. I love ALL human beings. I don't judge them for their actions. Fucking ass.
"people like me" at least i'm not a hitler-loving "hippie" gosh, the irony in that sentence... that's a lot of irony.
ahha...aweomely-ish-ness i bet you had something to do with my semi-recent [past few months or so] cynicism
You say it like I love only Hitler. Mind you, I also love Manson, Gein, Fish, Stalin, and Hussein. Not to mention Ghandi, Buddha, Mother Teresa, MLK Jr., and JFK. I'm not prejudice about who I love. I love all human beings because I understand what it is to be a human.
Ghandi deviated in a very small way from nonviolence. But, obviously, he is still very, very nonviolent. People deviate from loving everyone in small ways, too. But that doesn't make their overall mindset any less commendable. Ghandi killed microorganisms by accident, in order to eat rice. Stalin killed 50 million people. Although Ghandi deviates in a tiny way from nonviolence, it's obvious that he is still a man of high moral standards. I didn't mean to compare them, I just thought that it was obvious. Ghandi is extremely nonviolent compared to Stalin. Ghandi is extremely nonviolent compared to most people. "Ghandi is extremely nonviolent" is all that that sentence meant. The fact that I have to explain myself for saying this is insane. I wish I had just said "no one's perfect".
yeah, its the killing of micro-organisms taking away your non-violent status that equated them with the lives of humans
