Can anyone name a person that died directly from using Marijuana? I don't mean getting in a car and getting in a wreck or anything. I mean a disease caused by it.

You can't because Marijuana can't kill you. Only abusers who are dumb enough to get in a car while stoned get killed. Just like being drunk, but the difference is that beer is legal and they say "Don't drink and drive!".

It is fucked up. I mean, thousands of people have died from water intoxication over the years and nobody has died from marijuana. I know that they can't, and shouldn't make water illegal but it definitely says something about the stupidity and ignorance of marijuana laws.

No one has died. We all know that. The question is, is there any way to make the DEA admit/realize it?

I've read quotes from top DEA officials that state that weed is actually safer than raw potatoes. It also said that aspirin is more dangerous than weed, even when the aspirin is used correctly. Still, they won't budge. It's fuckin stupid, man,

Although I disagree with your statement:

I find I drive more cautiously when I'm stoned, its funny because I'm always within 1km/hr of the speed limit, so if the speed limit was 80km/h I dont go 82km/hr or over...and I do it without even trying. I find I'm more aware of whats around me on the road
I know its not good to drive when your completly bitched out of your mind stoned, im talking about just after half a bowl or something.
But I guess your only 15 and dont know how to drive yet, you'll know with experience.

 

I agree. I've had numorous speeding tickets and various other traffic citations. But none of them from driving stoned. I seem to be more cautious and willing to obey speed limits when I'm stoned. I don't know if it's because of paranoia or just becasue my senses are more in tuned with one another. Great point.

 

yeh just wait until theres someone else on teh road who -isnt- in control and see how you handle your ass. its fine to say that you can be more cautious with speed and obeying signs and laws, its another to be able to react to dangerous, totally unexpected situations that are hard when sober, let alone stoned. or even when you make a little error and have to compensate. lots of people drink drive caus they say they did it a few times and got home safe so it must be fine. but you cant judge these things by past record, you gotta be aware of lots of factors that you dont -normally- come across, when considering drviving. so, if its your local area then obviously you know it pretty well but its anotehr thing to get blazed and drive off from a party only to be pitched on unfamiliar roads with heaps of reckless drivers.
