As an Amateur Photographer, my lens(Camera/Camcorder) will always be by my side. Any1 have any experience with taking footage in Coffeeshops? In my long stay i will have certainly collected hours of footage, as i plan to create an indie type film portraying the Dam from my eyes...so how do locals feel about having a lens pointed at them? Will they be open to interview type discussions, are the staff okay with filming as long as i inform them beforehand? And if some1 can tell me what risks,if any, i run by bringing back photos and footage of otherwise illegal shit here in the states...thanxs in advance....
As for filming in coffeeshops, some maybe OK with it, most may not. Depends i guess but I know during my 3 trips to ADAM a few said NO to me. Give it shot, anything is possible when the vib is right. Bring back all the photos, not a problem, its a picture. Iknow our airports are anal, but no prob with pictures. I have brought pics and video back everytime. Maybe I ll run into you, Im arriving Nov. 11 - 17. 1st rd of vapo bags on me. Lemme know if you want to smoke a fattie. peace mikeymike
