Nope, it doesn't

 

I don't know about women, but it does lower a man's sperm count. I wouldn't say it makes you completely steril though.

it is a common scare tactic to teach kids in school that smoking weed lowers sperm count.
no scientific proof of that though.

My boyfriend has been smoking pot at least once a day, often more than that, for about the past four years. The first time we had sex without a condom I got pregnant.

We always joke around like how the heck did your sperm find their way to the egg... we say as they were swimming around they were probably like "uhh dude I forgot what we were supposed to do..."
