So no one likes her? Yeah she really annoys me too but at least she got out there. I really don't see any war protestors in the front of the news. She's not our spokes person but she's some where under the umbrella. ... Just thoughts.

It's not like they would deny them a permit though. I don't think they ever do except in rare circumstances.
from what i read she needed a loud speaker permit .which need to be purchased 2 weeks before said event.i think they cost around 6 dollars. like PB say's tho, her and others wanted to get arrested, gives them the attention they crave.
Why should you have to file paper and pay a fee to protest? It is a human right so they don't need permission.
you dont need to pay a fee to protest>>> but u do need a pemit to use a loudspeaker at a protest. you do have a right to free speech just not a amplified 1. btw the organizers of the event are all aware of the permits needed, they do it on purpose so they can get arrested, they seem to think it helps their cause
Isn't her son's death her agenda? I'm not very familiar with where she began but did she not begin protesting (whether she was against the war in her own mind) after her son was killed, or was she doing it before? Isn't her point that we are sending more young men over there to be killed? Just curious. And well, if something good comes out of the death of her son, then I applaud her for doing what apparently everyone else is either too stupid or too scared to do. Other than that, after reading this thread I know why I don't bother with the politics forum anymore... because it has turned to this, just the the rest of this oblivious, ignorant, lethargic country.
