i was at a carnival type thing with my 2 friends and one of their girlfriends and me and 1 of the guys were outside smokin cigs and 2 cops rolled up on us and asked us our age(17 and 16) and i had the smokes so they took em. they asked my friend if he had anything on him(he had two g's in his pocket) and he said naw and one cop reached for his pocket and he backed up and the cop grabbed his arm and said "move again and im cuffing you" and he reached in his pocket and pulled out a blunt we had jsut bought and his fingers had to be only a quarter of an inch away from the two baggies.....it was so damn close.
they busted you for cigs ahahaahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahhahahaahhahahahahahahahaahahahahahahahahahahahaahahhahahahaahah
I thought you were allowed to HAVE ciggarettes your just not allowed to BUY them when your under 18. Kids smoke ciggarettes around here inthe open and cops just walk past.
that was probably an illegal search and if he was arrested he could fight the charges and win with a good lawyer.
