The pills that list the only active ingredient as Diphenhydramine HCI 25mg. I probably shouldn't confuse you, but many of the OTC sleeping pills (The ones that never work) incidently have the exact same active ingredient, Diphenhydramine HCI 25mg. If two pills (50 mg), about two hours before sex (Take them 15 minutes before sex, and they won't do a damn thing) isn't enough, going up to 4 or 5 pills is perfectly safe, and I'm positive that on that dose you'd at least notice some improvement to your control.
